Outpatient Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management

Branches Forest Hills, a service of Forest View Hospital, provides outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management to clients in our community. Branches Forest Hills also works closely with Forest View Hospital’s inpatient and Partial Hospital programs to provide short-term medication management for discharged patients to assist with their transition to a community provider.

Branches Forest Hills does not provide counseling services, but works closely with therapists in the community to coordinate treatment.

We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Walk-ins are accepted.

Access to Services

New clients needing a psychiatric evaluation can be referred to Branches Forest Hills by their doctor’s office, therapist or may call independently to schedule an appointment. Our psychiatrists and certified nurse practitioners offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults, adolescents and children. Our staff routinely treats the following conditions, including (but not limited to):

  • Depression
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Psychotic Disorders
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders

Providers

Iguelle Bernard

Iguelle holds a Master’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University and specializes in treating individuals of all ages, including adolescents, young adults, patients with traumatic brain injuries, those with autism, and older adults.

She began her career at Forest View Hospital in 2011 as a registered nurse, providing care to patients with diverse diagnoses until 2021. During this time, she completed her RN/BSN at Grand Valley State University in 2013. Her passion for mental health care deepened when she taught BSN students as a Psychiatric Clinical Instructor from 2019-2020. After earning her Master’s degree in 2022, Iguelle joined the Medication Management Clinic team at Forest View Hospital.

Outside of her professional work, Iguelle is a devoted wife and mother of three adult children. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, caring for her plants, and spending quality time with friends and family, especially at church. Iguelle believes that mental health treatment is a collaborative journey, and she is committed to providing personalized care, working alongside her patients every step of the way.

Nina DeaneNina’s extensive background includes emergency care, pediatric and adult inpatient psychiatric care, and specialized treatment for eating and substance use disorders. She earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Oglala Lakota College and her master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University.

With 20 years of experience in healthcare, Nina specializes in providing compassionate comprehensive psychiatric care for adults and adolescents. Her expertise includes treating chronic mental illnesses such as mood disorders, eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders and psychotic disorders.

Nina is committed to empowering patients to take an active role in their treatment, fostering collaboration with patients and their families.

Nick Movesian

Nick earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2024, following his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University in 2016. He provides care to individuals across the lifespan, specializing in depressive and anxiety disorders.

Before joining Forest View, Nick worked as a behavioral health nurse for seven years, gaining extensive experience supporting individuals with mental health disorders in inpatient settings.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, 3D printing, and prioritizing his faith.

Chidinma Okegbue, PMHNPChichi is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University. She specializes in the treatment of children and adolescents while also providing psychiatric care for adults.

Chichi has always been deeply committed to helping patients. After many years as a nurse, she decided to further her education to provide much-needed mental health care. She understands that children and adolescents have unique needs and is especially dedicated to supporting them and their families.

In her free time, Chichi loves spending time with her family and singing gospel music. One thing she wants everyone to know is that she is truly passionate about working with children and adolescents. Additionally, we are excited to share that we offer services for children as young as six years old.
