Branches Forest Hills, a service of Forest View Hospital, provides outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management to clients in our community.
Outpatient Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management
Branches Forest Hills also works closely with Forest View Hospital’s inpatient and Partial Hospital programs to provide short-term medication management for discharged patients to assist with their transition to a community provider.
Branches Forest Hills does not provide counseling services, but works closely with therapists in the community to coordinate treatment.
We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Walk-ins are accepted.
Access to Services
New clients needing a psychiatric evaluation can be referred to Branches Forest Hills by their doctor’s office, therapist or may call independently to schedule an appointment. Our psychiatrists and certified nurse practitioners offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults, adolescents and children.
Our staff routinely treats the following conditions, including (but not limited to):

- Bipolar Disorder
- Anxiety Disorders
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Psychotic Disorders
- Autism Spectrum Disorders
