Each area is thoroughly evaluated and a physician-led, multi-disciplinary team of clinicians provide treatment. Treatment focuses on strengthening age-appropriate coping skills while assisting the patient in overcoming problem areas.

Treatment is individualized and includes the patient as an important member of the treatment team. Our purpose is to promote the maximum cognitive, social, physical, behavioral and emotional development in each of our patients in the most caring manner.

Partial Hospitalization Program

The Partial Hospital Program is a structured course of intensive psychiatric treatment that operates Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm. This unique program serves as an important component to the continuum of care for persons who are able to remain in the community during treatment and whose symptoms are too acute to benefit from traditional outpatient sessions. . Medication Management Clinic

The Forest View Medication Management Clinic is dedicated to providing outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management to clients in the community. The clinic also works closely with Forest View Hospital’s Inpatient and Partial Hospital programs to provide short-term medication management for discharged patients to assist with the transition to a community provider. Psychological Trauma Treatment: Our Psychological Trauma Program provides quality, compassionate treatment for those whose mental illness is related to past traumatic experiences. Co-Occurring Disorder Treatment: Forest View’s Co-Occurring Disorder Program treats individuals with co-existing psychiatric and chemical dependency issues. The emphasis during treatment is on education, treatment and management of the mental illness and chemical dependency, as well as comprehensive discharge planning. Eating Disorder Treatment: Forest View Hospital has been treating patients with eating disorders for more than 20 years.
